MARCH 2007: a new production from  IFIS

Form March 2007 lFIS produces a new item line: the 12 strand rope

12 strand ropes consist of 6 “S” and 6 “Z” strands.  The configuration used is 2 strand passing over  2 strands and under 2 strands.  12 strand is torque balanced and its round profile  provides excellent abrasion resistance due to  greater surface contact.  A 12 strand construction offers higher strengths  over conventional constructions.
